Stefan Ayache

Stefan is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the Franchise, Retail & Distribution and Corporate/Commercial practice groups. He began his career at a boutique franchise law firm as a summer and articling student and joined KMB shortly after being called to the bar.

Stef’s practice involves assisting franchisees and franchisors alike with the review and preparation of disclosure documents, franchise and ancillary agreements, assisting with the purchase and resale of franchised businesses and franchise systems, and supporting growth within franchise systems.

He also works with his clients to develop optimal corporate structures, draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, review commercial agreements and facilitate the purchase and sale of private businesses.

Prior to law, Stefan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and spent 3 years working in the financial services industry.

Stefan constantly demonstrates care and attention to the needs of his clients and assists them in finding creative solutions to attain their goals.

Outside of work, Stef enjoys cooking, long walks with his dog, attending country music concerts, and spending time with his wife and newborn daughter.
