
Sanitha Miranda is a Partner at KMB Law and is a member of the firms Real Estate & Land Development and Corporate & Commercial Law groups. In addition, Sanitha regularly deals with Estate Planning and Civil Litigation matters.
Sanitha has successfully closed thousands of residential real estate transactions, and has extensive experience negotiating and finalizing purchase and sale agreements, refinance transactions, unsecured lending arrangements, lease agreements, and new build agreements. Furthermore, she has extensive experience and frequently advises clients with respect to corporate matters, structuring their estate planning, estate matters and civil litigation.
Sanitha has volunteered as a caseworker at the Legal Advice Clinic in London, England, and has previously worked at the largest property law firm in the United Kingdom.
Sanitha graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours – High Distinction) in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto (Mississauga) in 2007, and an LL.b from the University of Manchester in 2010.
Prior to joining KMB Law, Sanitha worked as an associate at a boutique firm in Mississauga, focusing most recently on residential and commercial real estate.
When not travelling and exploring the various cuisines of the world, Sanitha enjoys trying to improve her culinary skills in the kitchen, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
