Brandon Keshen

Brandon Keshen is an Associate at KMB Law and a member in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Brandon’s practice focuses on asset and share purchase transactions, shareholder and partnership agreements, private placements and general corporate matters.

Before joining KMB Law, Brandon practiced at a boutique in downtown Toronto, received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and his law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Windsor.

Outside of the office, you can find Brandon enjoying time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
