Yousef Kamal is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Construction Law groups.
Yousef works with businesses and individuals involved in various disputes, including construction disputes, corporate disputes and real-estate disputes. Yousef has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court and in private arbitrations. Yousef’s practice heavily focuses on all aspects of construction law, ranging from lien matters to construction trusts and contract disputes.
Prior to joining KMB Law, Yousef worked as an associate in a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Yousef also previously worked with a multinational industrial contracting company on various construction law-related matters.
